My good friend Jeff Bajorek says this a lot. And it’s the most fundamental way you can check yourself as a sales professional.
Be someone worth talking to
✅ How are you different from every other sales rep out there?
✅ How are you demonstrating your competence?
✅ How are you demonstrating persistence and showing you really (for real) believe in yourself, your product/service, and your company?
Something worth talking about
✅ What insights are you bringing to the conversation?
✅ What can you share with the prospect about their industry?
✅ What can you help the prospect with that also aligns with their top 2-3 priorities?
