You’re not alone. And I feel for you.

Up until this point, I wasn’t sure what to do outside of sending people to job boards.

I’ve never had to job hunt. So I’m unqualified to give advice in this area.

But Evan Carlton came up with a great idea.

He reached out to be a guest on our podcast about a month ago.

We set up a time to chat, hit it off, and scheduled a time to record a podcast together.

The week after we talked he was laid off.

But he still wanted to do the podcast.

To share his journey, in hopes that it helps anyone in a similar position.

He was vulnerable enough to share his story.

And kind enough to outline the process he’s using to find his next gig (see slides).

Listen to full interview in iTunes and Spotify.

Tag someone you know in sales who’s been laid off recently that would benefit from this.
