Let’s stop celebrating the “hardest workers.”
It’s not objective. Unless you measure the hours they work, which is ridiculous.
Being a “hard worker” is just a feeling we have about ourselves or about others. And it’s only part of the equation to being great as sales.
Habits and quality/volume of activities are what lead to desired results.
Let’s build a culture that focuses on that.
