What we do:

At Blissful Prospecting, we use a targeted conversation-based approach to help our clients remove the stress from prospecting. Using this approach, we execute outbound outreach strategies to create consistent revenue growth—every single month.

We currently work with companies who sell services in the tech space, early-stage SaaS businesses, marketing agencies, and dev / design shops. Blissful Prospecting is also a family and minority-owned business.

  • Works well in a fast paced environment

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must have a reliable Internet connection and access to a computer
  • Must work 8am-5pm Central Standard Time Monday through Friday
  • Proficient in G-Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.)
  • Must be able to follow step-by-step directions provided through G-Suite, Teamwork and instructional videos/documents
  • Data entry onto spreadsheets or Google Sheets

What you’ll do:

  • Data mining for prospects through ZenProspect
  • Examine websites to identify if a company (account) is a good fit
  • Find contacts at companies for us to send outreach to for our clients
  • Work with our Project Manager to upload data into our email system
  • Data mine projects/testimonials and documenting on a Google spreadsheet
  • Updating metrics in our client dashboard (manually counting the types of prospects we’re sending per week)
  • Copying and pasting Google Drive documents and folders and personalizing them with client’s name

What’s expected of you:

  • 6 week trial to get started
  • In order to become a full-time employee, you will need to demonstrate the following:
    • Mine 300 prospects / week in 40 hours
    • Able to work autonomously to schedule and calendar your work week
    • Provide one idea on how to improve our workflow and implement it

Compensation & Incentives

  • Competitive Salary range of $400-800 / mo, paid bi-weekly (depends on experience)
