My answer was different three weeks ago. With all the uncertainty right now, you need to rethink how you balance the two.

We’re in a world now where playing the numbers game won’t work.

But as a rep, you still need volume. You can’t afford to 100% customize everything you do.

It’s back to the drawing board with your messaging to find a good balance of personalized vs. templated.
