4️⃣ Always be testing.
5️⃣ Make the prospect the hero.
6️⃣ Don’t prospect to make a sale, prospect to start a conversation.
7️⃣ Be curious, not assumptive.
8️⃣ Ask for permission, and do it often.
9️⃣ Being helpful is more important than being nice.
🔟 Results matter more than features and benefits.
