Much of the work at home advice out there isn’t practical for most people.
Maybe you have kids running around. You have roommates. Or you don’t have an entire space dedicated to a home office.
I decided to start a LinkedIn video series called “In the Trenches” where I interview sales folks finding success right now during this crazy time we’re in.
And today’s topic is about being productive working from home.
Scott Ingram is a rep at Relationship One, runs two podcasts, hosts one of the top sales conferences, and is a husband and father of two kids.
He’s also the most productive person I know!
He’s worked from home for the last 10 years and here are his tips:
✅ Come up with your routine, and stay consistent
✅ If they’re old enough, empower and challenge your kids to come up with their own routines
✅ Find a dedicated space where you can work consistently.
✅ Create a DND indicator when you’re on a meeting
✅ Expect to iterate and improve as you go
