✅ She’s using a permission-based opener:

“Hey ________, this is Nicole from Bolton. I’m giving you a cold call. If I could take 30 seconds to tell you why I’m calling you can let me know if you want to keep talking?”

✅ She’s problem-focused:

“Other groups your size are experiencing ________. Is this true for you?”

✅ She uses empathy-based objection handling:

When the prospect said they were going to renew with their current provider, she said…

“Sounds like you’re taken care of…”

“That definitely sounds like the safest way to go…”

“For a nonprofit we recently worked with, they were able to __________. I know you’re not planning to move, but would it be a good idea to keep your options open?”
