How it Works 

The program is 90-days of training that covers the following:

Week 1: Onboarding

  • Where are you now?
    • What’s working?
    • What isn’t working?
    • What have you tried?
  • Onboarding Call to set 90-day goals and establish a plan
  • Assign learning lessons through online training platform

Week 2: IPPs and Personas

  • Create and/or refine Ideal Partner Profiles
  • Identify and/or refine Above-the-Line and Below-the-Line personas
  • Build list building process flow and identify tools to find contact information

Week 3: Messaging

  • Use REPLY Method to build messaging
  • Provide processes for writing messaging copy
  • Establish ideal cadence and sequence of touches (email, video, LinkedIn, phone)
  • Provide response templates to be used when prospects reply to emails

Week 4: Tools & Workflow

  • Recommend sales engagement tools and provide set up instructions OR work within your existing workflow
  • Create the ideal daily workflow
  • Look for opportunities to improve productivity

Week 5 & Beyond

  • Weekly training calls to provide feedback and accountability
  • You’ll have the opportunity to send over items to review before our calls, and you can give us access to your sales engagement tools
  • Access through email and phone, response within 1-2 business days
  • Refine Ideal Partner Profiles and look for opportunities to double down or move on
  • Refine personas based on prospect feedback
  • Provide content recommendations based on prospect objections
  • Goal: To hand off a system you can run by yourself

Pricing

The 90-day Corporate Prospecting Accelerator program is three monthly payments of $1,999 or $5,499 upfront for individuals.
