It takes about 10 minutes. We reflect on the week with a quick start, stop, continue exercise.

Do it with your spouse. And if you’re single, do it with a friend or family member.

It creates a safe space for you to share your feelings.

1) What went well this week that you want to continue doing?

2) What do you want to start doing?

3) And what do you want to stop doing?

Make a weekly habit of this and you’ll notice a huge change in a few months.
