To challenge whether personalization is scalable, is to imply that it isn’t repeatable. And that it can’t be taught to your entire sales team.

Sure, you can’t copy/paste what’s personalized for one prospect and send it to another. Or use automation to fake it.

But you can use frameworks to find patterns in what prospects will most likely resonate with.

A combination of these three things is a great place to start:

Relevant – Will this help connect why I’m reaching out with what’s top of mind for the prospect?

Specific – Does this show the prospect that this email was for them and only them?

Repeatable – Is this approach something I can repeat for similar prospects?
